Pay & Benefits:
- £15.00 per hour
- Double pay on bank holidays
- Mileage paid at 35p per mile
- Early Pay – access up to 50% of your earnings before payday
- Fully paid training, induction and shadowing

What We’re Looking For:
- A kind, reliable, and compassionate nature
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Class 1 business insurance (can be added to your car policy)
No previous care experience is required – full training is provided.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and companionship
- Promoting independence and well-being at home
- Building trust and meaningful relationships with clients and their families
