No overlapped visits. We use Google Maps to ensure you have adequate time to travel between visits. We also hold regular staff meetings to ensure our team can voice their opinions and ideas. As a Home care Assistant you are an integral part of the team, your ideas help to enhance creativity and a fresh approach. We have an open office policy, you are always welcome to pop in for a chat and a cuppa.
No rushed visits. The majority of our visits are an hour long. It is important that you get quality time with our clients.
We really do have the best team, from Directors, Management, and Carers. We also have a very low staff turnover as our carers love working for us! Many of our carers have worked with us for over three years.

- £14.00 per hour + 35p/mile mileage + double pay on bank holidays

Requirements:
- Able to use initiative and able to work as a team and independently.
- A strong desire to care and be compassionate.
- Desirable NVQ Level 2/3, options to enrol onto funded qualification.
- Desirable ability to drive with a FULL licence and Class 1 Business Insurance.
- Ensure all mandatory training is completed in a timely manner
- No experience needed as full training will be given
- Access to our Digital Care planning system, Access Care Planner.
- Access to our E-Learning system
- Alternate weekend availability is desirable
- Full Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Be able to support daily living tasks such as: personal hygiene, shopping, laundry, cleaning, preparing meals/fluids, companionship, medication, outings and many more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
- Utilise communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
- Drive to and from client’s homes as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
