What We’re Looking For:
No previous care experience is required — full training is provided.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Availability to meet training and compliance requirements
- Class 1 Business Insurance (can be added to your policy)
Desirable:
Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and companionship
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Building trusted relationships with clients and their families
- Maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable home environments
